Springboard has developed a specialism in Community Relations and Stakeholder Engagement particularly in relation to major infrastructure and economic renewal projects.

Our marketing skills enable us to quickly identify and quantify all stakeholders and to appreciate the delicate interplay between multiple interest groups.

The essence of good community relations is the ability to listen to and understand local perspectives and create strong bonds of trust with key stakeholders and neighbours.

Springboard is often involved at the earliest stages of a project, developing databases and advising on the planning process. Community communications plans are developed and delivered as part of localism activity. This can involve schools liaison, organising community events, public exhibitions, consultation meetings etc. Springboard also provides a 24/7 telephone helpline service.
